Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Hyde is a GPhC registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic operating in Hyde, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide online consultations and prescription weight loss treatments to eligible patients. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual we deem clinically unsuitable. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in your account being suspended and your details reported where legally required.
All prescription medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a qualified prescriber. Our pharmacist prescriber will review your consultation and medical questionnaire before any prescription is issued. No prescription will be issued solely on request without clinical assessment.
We do not accept third-party private prescriptions unless expressly agreed in advance. Prescriptions are only valid for the individual named and must not be shared or transferred.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged until your order has been placed. In the event that a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, a full refund will be processed promptly. We use secure, encrypted payment processing and do not store your card details.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist prescriber and your prescription issued, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are provided by our courier partner and are estimates only; we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.
Medications will be dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are unable to accept liability for orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect address being provided.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and for patient safety reasons.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the issue promptly.
The information provided on our website and during consultations is for informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice. Our pharmacist prescriber will make clinical decisions based on the information you provide; it is essential that your responses are honest and complete.
If you experience any adverse effects or medical emergencies after taking your medication, stop use immediately and contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999. We do not operate a 24-hour clinical helpline.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the provision of pharmacy services and will not be sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
